  Struggling with Anorexia since I was 14 years old off and on for years but it hit me the hardest 2 and a half years ago and I had lost all hope. I was lifting weights, but still starving myself and doing it all wrong, while trying to complete a medical program at South University and had gallbladder removal surgery, it was hard. No matter who I went too or who tried to help me, nothing worked. Until I reached out to a personal trainer who was recommended by a couple friends. I met with him May of 2017 and it changed my entire life! I am now almost a year recovered and the healthiest both mentally and physically then I've ever been. I had overcome tough battles mentally but Brandon Sellnow was there through it all. He is by far the most talented Personal Trainer, Health & Fitness Coach, Life Coach and Nutrition Expert. His talents exceed anyone I've ever met and worked with. He not only helps people reach their fitness goals but he helps them all around mentally and physically. And it truly is his passion, and it shows. I've learned to love and embrace myself, along with food, my body and everything in life. I've learned how my body works, because everyone is different and it's empowering. Brandon has taught me SO much about myself. I have no fear of food or the mirror anymore!
