  I placed an order online and went to Michael's to pick it up. Enter g the store there are no signs indicating where to pick up the merchandise. After waiting on line by the cashiers station I was told I had to go the back of the store by frames. Again no signs. Finally I received my merchandise, I asked to have the box opened to make sure I received everything. When I gave the okay, I was handed th e open box and told "you're good to go" without putting any tape on the box. It will be a very long time before I shop at Michael's again.
